 Collection Fee Policy

To sustain and grow our floral collection and repurposing program, Grateful Vase charges a collection fee based on event size and pickup location. This fee helps offset the costs of collecting, transporting, repurposing, and delivering donated flowers, allowing us to continue serving seniors throughout our communities.

Please use the tiered fee structure below as a guide when completing your submission form so we can best prepare for your pickup. If you're unsure which tier applies to your event, your florist can help determine the best fit.

The fair market value of your floral and balloon donation may be tax-deductible; however, the collection fee is not.
 
In-Radius Areas (NWA/Springfield):
-Balloon-Only: Starting at $50
(Varies by size – inquire for quote)
-Small Floral Event: $100
(Requires 1 car)
-Medium Floral Event: $225
(Requires 1 SUV/Minivan)
-Large Floral Event: $400
(Requires 1 box van)
*Note: Additional $100 for Crystal Bridges due to logistics and access requirements
