 Collection Fee Policy
Effective July 2025

 In order to sustain and expand our floral collection and repurposing program, we’ve implemented a collection fee that varies by event size and pickup location. This fee helps offset program costs and directly supports the ongoing work of Grateful Vase. 

Please use the following tiered fee structure as a reference when filling out the submission form to help us best prepare for your pickup. If you’re unsure which tier applies to your event, your florist can help determine the best fit.
 
All floral & balloon donations remain 100% tax-deductible; however, the collection fee is not.
 
Out-of-Radius Fee Structure:
-Balloon-Only: Starting at $150
(Varies by size – inquire for quote)
-Small Floral Event: $275
(Requires 1 car)
-Medium Floral Event: $450
(Requires 1 SUV/Minivan)
-Large Floral Event: $625
(Requires 1 box truck)
